Start and stop your walks with a single tap. Track how long you’ve walked, set daily goals (like 30 minutes), and stay consistent with your routine.

Walk with rhythm! We include optional audio or visual cues to help you maintain the ideal pace — typically around 2 steps per second , as recommended by the Japanese Walking Method.

? Posture Reminders

Good posture is key to getting the most out of your walk. Periodic reminders like “Check your posture” or “Relax your shoulders” keep you aligned and aware throughout your session.

Breathing properly while walking enhances the benefits dramatically. We guide you through the 1:2 breathing method — inhale for one step, exhale for two — using simple visual or audio prompts.
